Pyroplast-2K (10–30) is a hydrocarbon resin designed to replace HEC ("GEK") and rosin in a wide range of industrial applications. Known for its high content of glossy carbon and low emissions; it provides increased drying rate, film strength and casting stability.

Owing to a high content of glossy carbon (55–70%) and a low content of carcinogens, petroleum (hydrocarbon) resins have found application in the casting industry. With the addition of petroleum resins at 3–25%, a molding mixture was developed which is successfully used at metallurgical plants. The presence of petroleum (hydrocarbon) resin in the molding material ensures the absence of burn-on (sintering) defects and "buckle" defects (ugriminy), and yields the minimum surface roughness in the production of various machine-building castings.

The product complies with TU 2451-008-49740748-2006, amendments 1–4.

Applications:
- Paints & coatings industry (for producing light-colored varnishes, drying oils (olifa), paints, enamels; modification of film-forming agents);
- Pulp and paper industry — as a substitute for rosin;
- Rubber goods industry — as a plasticizer (softener) for tire rubbers;
- Production of printing inks — as a component for the manufacture of inks for letterpress and offset printing;
- A substitute for HEC ("GEK") in manufacturing paints and hot-melt compounds for road marking;
- In the production of adhesives and sizing compounds;
- Metallurgical industry.

Payment is by bank transfer on the basis of an issued invoice.
