The main line is hydrocarbon resins Piroplast-2K. The range also includes indene-coumarone resin, SPS 5/9, NPS solution and petroleum solvent. The grade and characteristics requirements are agreed upon when ordering.

From product to batch
Piroplast-2K grades differ in colour range; softening point is selected separately. Requirements for the grade are recorded in the specification, the results of batch inspection are recorded in the certificate of analysis.
If a narrow tolerance is critical, it must be specified before invoicing. The grade name is not enough for this.

- Agree on the incoming inspection criteria.
- Do not mix samples and documents of different batches.
Monitoring of production indicators
The list of controlled indicators depends on the grade and applicable technical documentation. To compare the results of the plant and the incoming control of the buyer, the methods, preparation of samples and permissible deviations are agreed upon.

From sample to serial delivery
After successful laboratory testing, repeat the best option and only then proceed to pilot production. Record the addition order, temperature, time, filtration and finished-material properties.
